As one of three principals, John manages all aspects of day-to-day business processes, including finance and human resources. Additionally, he drives strategic positioning and marketing for Vantage. In his business development role, John's goal is to create and retain solid relationships with companies across the Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts areas. John has more than 13 years of general contracting and construction experience in the commercial and residential markets of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has a bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation and Architecture from Roger Williams University. |
 | Ed SilvaEd Silva drives project management and estimating for Vantage. He has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a special focus on building mechanical systems. Ed has directed projects ranging in size from 2,000 to 250,000 square feet. As project manager, Ed oversees all aspects of general contracting and construction for Vantage clients. He is responsible for overseeing quality and cost control, driving the project schedules and ensuring work site safety. In this capacity, Ed is the link between Vantage customers, architects, engineers and project superintendents. |
 | Jim TaylorJim Taylor also drives project management and estimating for Vantage. He has spent more than 18 years managing commercial and residential projects across Southeastern New England. Jim specializes in directing multiple, large commercial project sites, ranging in size from $100,000 fit-ups to several million dollar ground-ups. He is responsible for overseeing quality and cost control, driving the project schedules and ensuring work site safety. As project manager for Vantage, Jim is the link between the customers, architects, engineers and project superintendents. |
